RETURNS

You have a right to return your purchase within 30 days from delivery.

Send an email to support@makeupmirror.com to inform us that you will now send it back and we will give you information of returning adress

The mirror and original packaging must be in mint condition when returned (including packaging).

Any returns or exchanges will be at teh personal expense of the customer.  

Once the returned product and packing have been checked we will then issue a full refund.  Should the product of packaging not meet the returns criteria we will then not issue a refund.

 

Complaints

We are responsible for return shipping with an approved claim. If the item is in stock, we will send a new one as soon as we receive the item and approved the claim. If the item no longer in stock we will contact you. We follow the National Board for recommendations on any dispute.

REFUND


Refund on credit card purchases

Refunds will be made on the day after goods are received.  It can take between one and five working days before the money appears in your account (depending on the bank).
